Trout Creek Trailhead Earth Day Cleanup

Earth Day 2025 is on Tuesday, 22 April, a normal workday. CMTRA wants to contribute to this event, so we have scheduled a short workday the following Saturday, 26 April 2025.
We've posted a gallery link to some photos of that trailhead. You can see the damage to the parking lot border rails and the trash strewn around the parking area. 2025 April Trout Creek TH
We will be meeting at 0930 that morning and our plan is to attempt to reset the downed rails into the existing posts. We also plan to police the area for any trash. If we get a lot of trash, we'll leave it near the trailhead signs and the Forest Service personnel will collect it later.
We hope some of you can join us. If weather and trail conditions permit, we'll get in a short ride afterwards.
