We especially need support for this year's APEX bicycle races on Saturday, 13 June, and Sunday 14 June. We'll be providing motorcycle escorts for their Saturday gravel races to Cripple Creek and Canon City. Great for those of you with dual sport or adventure bikes. On Sunday, we'll provide course marshals on Capt Jacks trails. Fun event to support, regardless of which day (or do both days!).

Our guest speaker was Carl Bauer, Pikes Peak USFS District Ranger. He covered several topics ranging from prescribed burns, trail projects, vegetation updates, district staffing, and other subjects. We certainly appreciate having Carl and some of his staff attend our meetings to keep us updated. Working hand in hand with our district rangers is very important to our club.
